Lunchtime and Weekend Laser Peels use much milder power than full-strength resurfacing does. This allows a light resurfacing to be done, thereby avoiding the discomfort, crusting, weeping, inflammation, prolonged healing time and risks that occur with stronger resurfacing techniques. With these newer, milder procedures, there is minimal discomfort and redness, and healing takes just a day or two.





Using the Venus Laser, a series of four to six treatments are done, spaced every two to four weeks. These treatments are relatively mild, and risks are minimal. After a Lunchtime Peel, a mild redness resolves over the next day or two. After a Weekend Peel, slightly more redness resolves over two to three days. After treatment, a moisturizing cream or ointment is applied as needed. Most normal activities can be resumed almost immediately.






As a result of a series of Laser Peels, aging and damaged skin is gradually removed and replaced by new skin and collagen.
