TRUST YOUR CARE TO THE AREA’S MOST EXPERIENCED
AESTHETIC & LASER VEIN TREATMENT CENTER!
The Vein and Skin Care Center was established by Fred Laufer, MD in 1985. At that time, it was the first vein treatment center of its kind in eastern Pennsylvania. Since then, Dr. Laufer continues to be the area’s leading physician in the non-surgical treatment of veins. In addition, Dr. Laufer is one of the area’s most experienced physicians in the cosmetic uses of laser vein treatments and other aesthetic techniques. He is also the area’s first physician to offer Thermage skin tightening for cellulite.
The Vein and Skin Care Center was one of the first true Medical Aesthetic Centers in the area, and it is Dr. Laufer’s only practice site. He is, therefore, available for personal, one-on-one care for all his patients. Dr. Laufer meets with all patients during an initial, free consultation. In addition, he performs all procedures himself.
Dr. Laufer takes pride in having provided Eastern Pennsylvania and Western New Jersey with expert care for more than 30 years. The Vein and Skin Care Center continually updates its procedures and equipment, so that patients are assured of the safest and most effective state-of-the-art techniques available that other places can’t provide.
As a recognized leader in the field of Aesthetic and Cosmetic Laser Therapy, his office has been a training center for other physicians wishing to learn this technology. In addition, a DVD was filmed at Dr. Laufer’s office that is used to train physicians around the world in the use of the Gemini Laser. Dr. Laufer has also run training workshops for physicians in many major cities in the USA, including New York City, Philadelphia, Washington DC, San Diego, Nashville, Buffalo, Baltimore and many more.
Dr. Laufer is the first and only physician to offer THERMAGE-CPT in the Lehigh Valley area. This exciting new technique for skin tightening, body shaping, fat reduction, and cellulite improvement is one of the fastest growing aesthetic procedures in the country, and has been seen on Oprah, Good Morning America, and other television shows. He was also the first to introduce modern sclerotherapy to the Lehigh Valley area, and has treated thousands of patients over the years. He is among a handful of physicians in the country who will treat very large, bulging. varicose veins without any surgery at all. (“Minimally invasive surgery” is still surgery.) Instead, he uses compression sclerotherapy, a simple office procedure.
